Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (Agile RPO)

About the role

Lead and manage distributed AgileRPO teams, driving sprint‑based recruitment operations for multiple global clients. Provide remote leadership, coaching and mentorship to Talent Partners while ensuring high‑quality delivery across tech and non‑tech hiring.

Key responsibilities

• Lead distributed AgileRPO teams, overseeing capacity planning, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Drive daily sprint‑based recruitment operations, maintaining productivity and SLA adherence.
• Coach and mentor Talent Partners in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Act as a strategic partner to clients, advising on hiring strategies, workforce planning and talent market insights.
• Implement scalable recruitment processes, talent analytics and quality frameworks.
• Support internal hiring and team growth as Cygnify expands globally.

Required profile

• 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including 5+ years managing recruiters in an RPO setting.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a digitally distributed environment.
• Strong understanding of recruiting sprints, agile workflows and productivity tracking.
• Successful track record hiring for technology and GTM roles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and data‑driven decision‑making using ATS/CRM systems.
