職務概要
睡眠・呼吸分野に特化した在宅医療機器の営業職です。医師や医療従事者と連携し、患者様の在宅療養を支える製品を提案・導入します。未経験者でも研修制度が充実しており、段階的にプロフェッショナルへ成長できます。
主な業務内容
- 既存顧客の維持と新規処方の獲得
- 新規顧客・市場の開拓と育成
- 顧客情報の収集・分析、営業計画の策定と実行
- ソリューションビジネスの拡大、地域KOL窓口対応
- 社内事務業務（売上処理、器具管理）
- 担当施設・患者様への機器新規導入と管理
求める人物像
- 業界営業経験者歓迎、顧客との関係構築や提案活動を主体的に推進できる方
- 医療現場での実務経験者歓迎（営業経験は不問）
- 顧客対応経験があり、呼吸関連製品に興味を持つ方
必須スキル
- 運転免許証（業務上必要）
提供する待遇
- 基本給420〜650万円（みなし手当て含む）
- インセンティブ30%（業績・評価に応じて変動）
