Guest Service Agent – Seasonal (Dec 2026 – Mar 2027)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Guest Service Agents to join the Guest Service team at HHG hotels in Hakuba for the winter season. The role runs from December 2026 to March 2027 and involves delivering a seamless, high‑quality experience for guests throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Answer guest inquiries via phone, email, in‑person and social media, and assist with bookings for lift tickets, equipment rentals, spa appointments, dining and other resort activities.
• Handle check‑in and check‑out processes, ensuring accurate guest information, room assignments and payments.
• Provide concierge advice on local attractions, arrange tours, tickets and transportation as requested.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly by coordinating with relevant departments.
• Process payments, maintain transaction records and reconcile daily sales.

Required profile

• Legal right to live and work in Japan (e.g., Working Holiday Visa).
• Experience in guest services or reception is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Japanese is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, until 31 March 2027.
