About the role

Join the kitchen team at Hotel La Neige’s new fine‑dining restaurant, Séve, as a Chef de Partie. You will work in a fast‑paced environment delivering high‑quality dishes that reflect classic French technique and the seasonal flavors of Shinshu. This position offers the chance to develop your culinary skills while contributing to a venue with Michelin‑star aspirations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipe specifications.
• Execute cooking techniques such as grilling, sautéing and frying with precision.
• Maintain timely service during peak periods while upholding quality standards.
• Follow special requests, dietary restrictions and order details accurately.
• Keep your workstation clean, organized and fully stocked.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or line chef.
• Legal right to live and work in Japan (e.g., Working Holiday Visa).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects and handle a fast‑paced environment.
