Seasonal Housekeeping Attendant – Hakuba

About the role

We are looking for experienced housekeeping staff to join our team at HHG properties in the Happo One Resort area. This seasonal position runs from December 2026 to March 2027 and involves delivering high‑quality guest service in a fast‑paced winter environment.

Key responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms, restocking amenities and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards, handling waste according to protocol.
• Manage linen care, coordinating with laundry services to keep a steady supply of fresh linens.
• Provide attentive guest service, responding to requests courteously and proactively.
• Organise storage areas for cleaning supplies, monitor inventory and ensure availability of necessary items.
• Collaborate with other staff members, including servers and kitchen personnel, to support smooth operations.

Required profile

• Legal right to live and work in Japan (e.g., Working Holiday Visa).
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, mornings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects and handle demanding workloads.
• Strong work ethic, team‑first mentality and English fluency (Japanese a bonus).
• Driving licence and International Driving Permit preferred.
• Commitment to stay until 31 March 2027.
